Enjoy an evening of classic romance in downtown Shawnee this Valentine’s Day, sponsored by Shawnee Town 1929 Museum!
A perfect date night, attend this one–night only showing of iconic 1935 film “TOP HAT” featuring Fred Astaire and Kansas City-native Ginger Rogers dancing across the historic Aztec Shawnee Theater screen! Tickets are just $8 each and BONUS: special Valentine’s Packages will be available as the perfect gift! Registration required.
Friends of Shawnee Town 1929 are free general admission with pre-registration by calling (913) 248–2360. Doors open at 6:00 pm and the film starts at 7:00 pm. Specialty cocktails, beverages and snacks will be available for purchase, and non–beverage food truck purchases can be brought inside. The Aztec Shawnee Theater is located at 11119 Johnson Drive, Shawnee, KS 66203.
