The 1920’s brought many changes to women's fashion, and there are many stories behind this revolution! What inspired Coco Channel to create the iconic "little black dress"? Did social media have an influence just as today? And what were they wearing "down on the farm"? Featuring expert Mary L. Schmidt (Playing Dress–Up: The Stories & Clothes of Our Lives), who will exhibit a selection of garments from her personal collection and share personal stories and anecdotes about particular pieces and their context in the broader history.
