Explore the amazing science behind farming and technology that changed the lives of people in the 1920's!
Station 1: Explore STEM concepts and principles through hands-on demonstrations with 1920's automobiles at Shawnee Town 1929. Guided by an expert interpreter, students of all ages will learn the ins and outs of how cars function.
Station 2: Explore STEM concepts and principles through hands-on demonstrations and activities at Shawnee Town 1929's heirloom vegetable garden. Discover pollinators in the garden's landscape, learn about composting, and plan your own summer garden.
Because of a generous grant through the DeBruce Foundation, all attendees for the STEM Remake Learning KC program will get free admission!
